All Girls and Boys going out for Cross Country will have to have a current Physical on file and be registered for Cross Country online to be able to practice on Day 1.

Girls and Boys Cross Country will officially start practice on Monday August 2nd at South Park. Girls will start at 3:45 and end at 5:00. Boys will Start at 4:45 and end at 6:00. We will keep these practice times and location at South Park till school starts on August 18th where practice will then be after school at the GMS Track.
